About the roleThis role is part of the St Vincent’s Lismore 40+ catering team and reports directly to our Hospitality Services Manager.In this role you will supervise our kitchen staff, provide support to the team and Hospitality Services Manager as required. Excellent customer service, teamwork, quality care, and food safety are all essential in this role, with your everyday tasks including:Ordering of stock, auditing and overseeing rotation processProcessing staff forms and requests for leave or changes to contractsManaging work hours and monitoring KPIsCollating meal plans based on diet and allergen requirements for menu management systemSupervising and working as part of a positive, well-oiled team to prepare and serve high quality food to patients, residents, and employees across the St Vincent’s campusMaintaining excellent food safety standards in all aspects of food preparation, storage, and deliveryPacking away deliveries and covering staff on the floor where requiredWe have one permanent full-time position available, based at our St Vincent’s Lismore campus. Your skills & experience

  • Great time management skills, supporting the kitchen team to meet all food prep, cleaning and delivery schedules for a large commercial kitchen.
